Do you have a physical store?

No, unfortunately we do not have a brick-and-mortar store that exclusively sells HDH items. But you can check out our website as well as this list of boutiques that sell HDH products.

How do I know if a HDH item will look good on me?

Like any other clothing item you buy, you won’t be able to tell for sure until you try it on. However, our mission here at HDH is to create versatile and comfortable clothing that looks good on any body type–which most likely includes you!

My recently purchased HDH item is flawed. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that! Please email customerservice@hackwithdesignhouse.com letting us know what happened. We’ll be sure to do what we can to help.

There is a HDH piece that I really want to purchase, but it is sold out. Can you make more?

Thanks for your support, but unfortunately once a limited-edition piece is sold out, it is no longer available for purchase. Please refer to our mission statement. However, on the occasion that we get a return of a sold out item, we will let people know via Twitter.

How can I know what’s coming up next?

We are constantly updating our blog and our Instagram account with information regarding upcoming releases and our Makers Alongside series. You can also sign up for our newsletter here.

How do I return/exchange my HDH item?

Please refer to our Return Policy. For exchanges, you can only exchange your order for something that is currently on the website for equal or lesser value. Otherwise, you can physically return the item for a refund and purchase something else of any value.

Do you ship internationally?

Why yes, we do! Please refer to our Shipping Info page for more information.

I have been trying to buy something on the HDH website, and it says that my zip code is invalid.

The transaction will only go through if the zip code that you enter matches the zip code that your bank has on record for your billing address. This is for your protection. Please contact your bank if you believe this is in error.

Do you do custom orders?

We do not offer custom orders at this time.
