We have so many tunics coming out in the next few weeks that we wanted to take the time to create a quick blog post showing what they look like on a variety of different shapes and sizes. We enlisted the help of our studio mates and happy hour friends to quick snap a few fun photos:).
The Severn Dress is our new go-to dress for the weekend. Whether going to the lake, the farmer’s market, or brunch, this dress is the perfect fit. It is easy to accessorize and flattering with or without a belt.
Thanks to Jennifer Trovato for the lovely photos. Keep an eye out for an upcoming post featuring more of her great photographs. Find her at horaceandmae.tumblr.com.
Today we are releasing a total of four new tops! They are all perfect basics that can be used for layering or stand alone. Here we paired the Camilla Top with a pair of black jeans and Steve Madden sandals. We used the Vacillar Top as an easy layering piece with a Hackwith jumper and Sven clogs.
The two other pieces released today are Marion Crop and Souris Top. Both tops could easily be dressed up or dressed down with their lightweight airy fabric, they are the perfect addition to any summer closet.
Today’s releases are all about dipped detail. The Alona Top and Isla Top are paired here for the perfect summer outfits. The Alona Top we matched with a pair of cut off denim shorts and Sven clogs, while layering the Isla Top over the Dylan Jumper.
The third release of the day is the Laura Dress which my lovely intern Laura and I designed together! We kept this look very simple because of the intricate designs of dipped bleach and hem detailing along the front of the dress.
I’m so excited to finally release a few of these beautiful photos taken by Wing Ta of Canary Grey Photography! Wing and I collaborated together to come up with a concept that represented Hackwith Design House’s mission statement of creating one-of-a-kind pieces for equally unique people. Wing and I worked together to strategically clothe and space the models to achieve this idea. I think the end result was beautiful, visually stunning and I could not be happier! I hope you love them as much as I do:)
Today’s kimonos – the Elsie and the Harper are paired here simply and beautifully. We paired the striking Elsie kimono with black pants, black top, dark Sven clogs, and a Tiro Tiro necklace. The Harper kimono was paired with our Primrose jumper and easy flat sandals for another striking yet casual look. Both looks are perfect for this warm spring weather!
We’ve been so busy with the move and the hiring of new employees that some things have fallen a bit behind so I wanted to quickly post a guide to what’s coming out on HDH in the next three weeks! All listed here is sequential order – 4/21 the first two kimonos, 4/28 the green bleached dress, light blue bleached top, and cream to white bleached top, 5/5 the ginger top, blue lined top, dark blue top, and black and blue cropped top. More info will be posted on Instagram in the coming weeks!
Today’s three releases are sure to become staples of the spring/summer wardrobe. Introducing the Juniper and Hudson dresses! These comfortable dresses we have kept easy by pairing them simply with a pair of Sven clogs and Donald J Pliner sandals. We think these are the perfect layering pieces that will add simple beauty to any outfit.
The third release today is one of our absolute favorites for layering, the Coco Kimono. This kimono goes perfectly with either the Juniper or Hudson dresses! Here we have styled it with the Hudson dress and also with the Dylan romper. Franco Sarto sandals, Sven clogs and a beautiful structured necklace by Tiro Tiro.
Today’s pieces are all about the coming warm weather, lazy days by the lake, picnicking, and sun hats. The Hannah top is hand bleached on the back to create a stunning cosmos effect. The design is a collaboration between Lisa and our lovely intern, Hannah. We paired it with cream Madewell jeans, our favorite sun hat, and sandals from Piperlime. We paired the hand-dyed, black-and-white Dodie top with comfortable black pants and Sven clogs. The Osha and Shae tanks look great with cut offs and your favorite summer shoe. Dive in and grab your new favorite warm weather staple!
