Do you have a physical store?
No, unfortunately we do not have a brick-and-mortar store that exclusively sells HDH items, but we do frequently host open shopping hours in our studio. You can find out when by going to the Events page on our website, or you can always shop online.
How do I know if a HDH item will look good on me?
Like any other clothing item you buy, you won’t be able to tell for sure until you try it on. However, our mission here at HDH is to create versatile and comfortable clothing that looks good on any body type–which most likely includes you! Feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org for any specific questions on sizing/measurements. Don’t forget, you can always order more than one size/style to try on at home and return the one(s) that don’t work.

What is your shipping timeframe?
To reduce waste, we make almost all of our products after an order is placed, so please allow 2-10 business days for an order to ship. Visit our Shipping Info page for more info and how to expedite shipping. Please note: Our lead time may extend to 20 business days during/after sitewide sales. I am a boutique owner interested in wholesale orders.
Thanks for your interest, however we do not currently do wholesale, and sell our products solely online.
My recently purchased HDH item is flawed. What should I do?

There is a HDH piece that I really want to purchase, but it is sold out. Can you make more?
Thanks for your support, but unfortunately once a limited-edition piece is sold out, it is no longer available for purchase. Please refer to our mission statement.
How can I know what’s coming up next?
How do I return/exchange my HDH item?
Please refer to our Return Policy. For exchanges, you can only exchange your order for something that is currently on the website for equal or lesser value. Otherwise, you can physically return the item for a refund and purchase something else of any value.

Do you ship internationally?
Why yes, we do! Please refer to our Shipping Info page for more information.
I have been trying to buy something on the HDH website, and it says that my zip code is invalid.
The transaction will only go through if the zip code that you enter matches the zip code that your bank has on record for your billing address. This is for your protection. Please contact your bank if you believe this is in error.
Since most HDH pieces are made to order, can you do custom orders or alterations specific to my measurements?
Many of our pieces are made to order, meaning that we don’t start production until the order is placed, as an effort to reduce unnecessary waste. Unfortunately we do not offer custom orders or alterations at this time.
My HDH piece is backordered. How long will it take before it's shipped?
Your piece is most likely on backorder because we are waiting for the fabric to arrive at our studio. We try to get all backordered pieces made and shipped out within a week or two of the fabric’s delivery date. Feel free to email email@example.com for additional updates or an estimated shipping date. If you ordered non-backordered pieces in the same order, we will ship those out separately.
Do you have gift certificates/gift cards?
We do offer digital gift cards! You can purchase one here.

How can I prevent my order from getting lost in the mail?
We offer Route shipping insurance at checkout in case of lost packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if Route is not selected. Route is non-refundable. If you do choose to add Route, we will replace the lost/missing items to the best of our ability. You can file a claim here. We recommend filing a claim as soon as possible.
