Return Policy
We want you to love your Hackwith Design House pieces. They are made in small editions to ensure the finest quality. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Please note that sale items purchased at an additional discount using a discount code at checkout are final. Any sale items marked "final" in the production description are also final sale, including all protective face masks.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags still intact. HDH Swim items must be returned with the hygienic liner still in place. If an item is sent back and is damaged in any way, we reserve the right not to refund the return.
All returns must be sent back within 21 days of the original delivery date. Domestic customers can click the link below to print a USPS return label. We will not accept CODs. All exchanges must be sent back within 45 days of the original delivery date for an exchange or store credit.
We will extend our return window through the holidays. Any order that is placed between November 23rd and December 25th can be returned until January 31st.
We promise to exchange the item for free or refund the item in full, minus return shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
If you choose not to use our return label or are shipping internationally, we recommend you insure the item and/or use a tracking number. We are not responsible for missing packages. We will process your exchange or refund within 10 business days after we receive the item. We will notify you by email when the exchange or refund is processed.

We sometimes source our fabrics from a local, family-owned fabric store that specializes in run-off and second-hand fabrics. We do so in order to cut down on waste while supporting our local economy. As a result, we cannot always know the exact fiber content of the fabrics we buy. When we are able, we will disclose fabric content, and when we are unable to do so, we will make that clear as well. HDH shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials and services on this site or the performance of any of its products, and you use HDH products at your own risk.
