I am pretty sure that this is my new favorite outfit. This HDH Herringbone Skirt paired perfectly with the sheer black peplum top and a leather jacket. The skirt is light and breezy and can be worn at any height on the waist. And the best part, mixing the masculine herringbone pattern with the flattering cut of the skirt. Lets just say, this wasn’t the only time I have worn this ensemble.
Last weekend Caylon and I spent most of our sunday afternoon wandering through a street fair in our neighborhood and happened upon a booth filled with all sorts of darling plants (and of course we had to take one home). I wore my black and white printed HDH dress casually paired with a black trench coat and black penny loafers. It made for a perfectly put together ensemble.
PS. Happy Mothers Day!
Nothing brightens a day more than a pair of sunny yellow shorts right? Here I paired these HDH shorts with a white button down, a black blazer, loafers and a pretty black ribbon to tie off the look. For the HDH summer line style book we paired them with The Structured Crop Top. The shorts are made from a thick jersey cotton, giving them a chic/casual look and feel.
There is nothing quite as elegant as a gown, or in this case, a maxi. The lightweight cotton HDH Cutout Maxi is styled here in two ways and in two neutral colors. Lisa and I both chose to style the dress very simply, and elegantly, but as you can see, with a chambray and a belt the dress can easily become casual and summery. For me it is quickly becoming a staple for the season.
A black, graphic, light weight tunic- styled with a blazer and smoking flats makes for an ideal outfit for a morning with good company.
Caylon and I are off to Brooklyn for the evening, and what a better occasion than to wear this lovely HDH tan stripped shirt. With a unique cut- longer in back than in front, and its effortless details in the gathered sleeves, it is simple and easy. Perfect for a low key night with friends. I styled the shirt with black trousers, a charcoal gray blazer and a black fedora.
The tailored shirt, a versatile staple for every closet, and here is our take on it.
Made from a navy stripped woolen fabric with a straight thin collar and a top stitched pleat on the back of the shirt. Here I styled it with a A-line navy skirt, and a black crew neck sweater.
