We design all HDH pieces with versatility in mind, but our new HDH Basics: Double V Kaftan in particular has got to be one of our current favorites that has quickly become a staple in our sustainable wardrobes. Although we just released it in preparation for spring, we’ll be wearing it all year round. Here’s how we’d style it:
Style 1: Wear as a tunic over our matching linen HDH Basics: Easy Wide Leg Pant. We always support a good monochromatic outfit!
Style 2: Wear as is. Throw on a pair of sandals or slides such as the Mohinder Leather Slides, and you’ve got yourself a summer outfit!
Style 3: Wear as a tunic over your light-wash boyfriend jeans, and throw on your favorite pair of white tennis shoes.
Style 4: On colder days, layer over a simple fitted turtleneck and over a pair of jeans or our HDH Basics: Easy Tapered Pant.
Style 5: For a more fitted look, you can always order a sash separately and wear around the waist.
Style 6: For a comfy look, throw on a simple pullover sweatshirt or sweater over the dress, creating the allusion of a skirt! For pullovers, we love the Organic Cotton Larkin Pullover by Back Beat Co. or the Santi Sweater by Selva / Negra.
