ABOUT THE BLOUSE:

Introducing our first Limited Edition of the new year, the Noah Blouse! This slightly cropped blouse is inspired by our Provence Tie Top from last fall. This short-sleeve version shares a flattering v-neck detail in the front and back and a peplum cut when the tie is tied around the waist. Each Noah Blouse was sewn in our new St. Paul studio, in the softest Italian Straw fabric.
