We are delighted to welcome two new styles into our collection this week: the Maisy Top & Stella Top.
With a versatility in texture and color, the Maisy Top is enticing to any outfit choice. Luckily, it comes in three different styles! The Cropped Maisy, Long Maisy, and White Maisy. We have put together the Cropped Maisy with an easy pair of black high-waisted jeans and Iris Black Flats from Coclico. Identical in print, the linen texture of the Long Maisy goes well with darker toned pants and denim.
With a unique aesthetic like the White Maisy Top, you will never run out of styling options. To explore the formality of this look, we layered the White Maisy Top over our very own black Vandalia Slip. To dress up your outfit even more, pair the White Maisy Top with a longer black dress, like ours for Cloth + Label. Finalize your look with a pair of black wedges by Calvin Klein and The Linus cuff by The Things We Keep, and your night out awaits you.
For a more casual ensemble, we styled the White Maisy Top with our comfy, black Ryan Pant. This pair makes for an effortless get-up and feels great at the same time. Last but not least, we bring to you the Stella Top. This sleek, black style compliments any pair of denim or fitted bottom. We paired it with black high-waisted skinny jeans and The Iris Flat by Coclico for a uniform, collected feel.
Check out our new Limited Editions on the website today and see for yourself how many ways you can style them.
We are so excited to announce our first event in Los Angeles! We will be hosting a trunk show at The MiA Project’s new brick and mortar in Highland Park on Saturday, April 25th.
The trunk show will feature the collection that is styled above. We can’t wait to get to sunny CA to meet some of our favorite customers!
Today’s releases are all about pattern and details! The square cut on the side of our Lon Tank is a new favorite! We styled the White Lon Tank with black pants from Kenneth Cole and the Young Frankk Centered Cuff. We put the Charcoal Lon Tank over an upcoming HDH dress and the same cuff from Young Frankk.
The Suzu Kimono is a great statement piece for layering this spring. We love it over our silk Samara Dress and with slides from Top Shop. The Atwell Tank, made from the same great patterned linen blend as the Suzu Kimono looks great with our mauve Ballard Skirt and Top Shop slides.

With sunshine all around, our thoughts are booming with nothing but spring! Our newest release this week is the Caroun Kimono. The sleek, vertical silhouette of this piece can work with the movement of any ensemble.
Up above, we have paired the White Caroun Kimono with a relaxed boyfriend jean, following a touch of texture with our very own Aire Tank. We also like it with darker tones, like our Olive Caroun Kimono and black skinnys. A mute pattern like our Striped Marais Tank can also compliment a style like this; we paired it with the Tan Caroun Kimono. Finalize your look with a pair of minimalist, black sandals from Need Supply or TopShop, and you’re all set to go!
We’re thrilled to work again with Joanna Buyert, the maker and dear friend behind our new ceramic barrettes! Joanna is the sole creator and owner of Fringe & Fettle Ceramics, a business devoted to handmade pottery that she created in 2011 after quitting her full-time job. Following six months of living at her family’s cabin in the north woods of Wisconsin and doing nothing but making pots, she moved to St. Paul, where she is currently living (with her black lap pup, Liza) and working out of her apartment, a converted old brewery with a community of fellow artists.
The risks Joanna has taken to devote her life to pottery have been well worth it. She admits, “Everyday I get to do what I love more than anything else, create. I make things that I love. That’s the secret. It sounds kind of dumb and simple, but it’s true. I think for a while I was really caught up in trying to make what other people wanted, what would sell well. But it wasn’t until I threw that out the window and started making things that I wanted, that I loved, that I really found my style.” Joanna describes her style as “soft and playful, telling you where to touch, where to look” and finds most of her inspiration from “the romanticized atmosphere the kitchen creates; of family meals and childhood memories, of beauty in the everyday encounters.”
We think that all of Joanna’s pieces are beautiful and can find a spot in anyone’s home and will surely be used all year long. When asked what her favorite HDH piece is, she says, “I’d have to say all the hand-bleached fabrics are amazing and I want all of them.”
Today’s releases are all about beautiful, easy tops! We styled the White Calla Top with ripped jeans and the Iris Flat from Coclico. To dress it up, we threw on our upcoming Caroun Kimono and the Truss Cuff.
The Kelby Top is a fun, hand-bleached crop top subtle touches of light pink. We love it with jeans and slip ons from Top Shop.
We are happy to announce our second Makers Alongside release with Fringe & Fettle! The long barrette and arc barrette in a beautiful white ceramic with gold detailing will be available soon for $30.
Order your HDH x Fringe & Fettle barrettes on Wednesday, March 18th from our website.
We are thrilled for the longer daylight in the evening (thanks Daylight Savings!) and for today’s three new releases! The Valhalla Top is a beautiful linen easy top with a fun pocket and slits at the side. We paired it with comfy boyfriend jeans and flats from Franco Sarto.
The Weldon Top is a stunning ivory piece with lots of texture. We styled it over our Selby Slip Dress with heels from Steve Madden and the amazing No. 17 necklace from Gamma Folk.
Our final release today is the cozy Katherine Top, which is perfect for our transition from winter to spring. We wore it with ripped boyfriend jeans and sandals from Need Supply.
We have three new bold classics to release this week!
Meet the Black & White Bowen Dresses: clean-cut and timeless pieces that will bring life to your wardrobe. The fresh look of the Bowen Dress compliments the shape of all body types. We paired it with our favorite sandals from Need Supply to unify the design and tie in a little warmth.
Up next, we have the lightweight, linen Agate Tank. A tunic-styled top that goes hand in hand with a pair of black leggings or any type of denim. An easy look that can be worn under slouchy cardigans or blazers for another approach. We added The Simple Bucket Tote from Matine for additional texture on your casual day out.
Finally, we would like to introduce the Mayen Maxi Dress. A quality, bold classic that can be styled in endless variety. We characterized this piece in a more casual way, pairing it with ivory slides from Topshop. This look is easily transformed by the reversible aspect in the dress. Working wonders from formal to casual, the Mayan Maxi is where its at for a cool and collected appearance.
