HDH Bridal Gray Bea Dress 06

Our HDH Bridal line includes seven pieces intended for bridesmaids, with versatility being at the forefront of the designs. Our hope is that when you ask your closest friends to purchase one for your wedding day, they’ll do so happily, knowing that they will be able to wear their dress again and again. Each bridesmaid piece is available in five colors: blush, sage, black, cream, and white. To learn more about the fabrics used for HDH Bridal, click here.

The wrap design of our Bea Dress makes it one of the most adaptable dresses in the collection. The video below demonstrates all of the ways to tie it to suit a range of body types and personal styles.

Option 1:  Tie it loosely in front to wear it like a jacket.

Option 2:   Put the dress on with the ties in front.  Wrap right-handed tie around first and pull through vent on left-handed side.  Wrap the other side around and tie loosely in back.  Adjust fabric to obtain desired effect.

Option 3:  Put the dress on with ties in front.  Wrap right-handed tie around first and pull through vent on left-handed side.  Pull the other side around, then wrap both ties around front.  Tie in knot in front then adjust fabric to obtain desired effect.

Option 4:  Put the dress on with ties in back.  Wrap left-handed tie around first and pull through vent on right-handed side.  Wrap the other side around and tie loosely in front so ties hit at hips.  Adjust fabric to obtain desired effect.

Option 5:  Put the dress on with ties in back.  Wrap left-handed tie around first and pull through vent on right-handed side.  Pull the other side around then wrap both ties around front.  Tie a knot in back then adjust fabric to obtain desired effect.

An Introduction to HDH Bridal:
Ella Jumper

Bridal

HackwithBridal1420

We know that each woman’s body is different, and HDH Bridal, like all of our lines, reflects that. Many of the gowns can be worn in multiple unique ways, and we encourage you to style them in a way that feels like you. In keeping with this idea, each piece for the bride is available in three fabrications: a white cotton slub, and a cream or black hemp/silk/organic cotton blend. To learn more about the fabrics used for HDH Bridal, click here.

Our Ella Jumper, featured here, was designed to skim the body with an elegant drape while the interior corset provides support and keeps it in place. We imagine this wide-leg jumper would make the perfect attire for your rehearsal dinner or reception, though it certainly wouldn’t be out of place at the wedding ceremony itself.

HDH Bridal Cream Helen Blazer 3

The Helen Blazer, shown above, was designed as an optional accompaniment to the Ella Jumper. It is fully lined and is available in the same white, cream, and black fabric options. Its versatile nature and easy fit ensures you’ll be able to incorporate the Helen Blazer into your existing wardrobe for plenty of wear beyond your wedding day.

The following video and photos demonstrate some ways you may choose to style the Bertie Kaftan with its optional waist tie.

Option 1: No tie.  Allows the kaftan to drape naturally off of the body.

Option 2: Fold the tie in half creating a loop at one end.  Put the other ends through the loop and tighten around the back and both front panels.  Then slip the ends around and pull through the circle you created.  Adjust the fabric as needed.

Option 3: Take the tie around just the slip portion of the kaftan leaving the front panels free.  Tie in back with bow or knot to create a waistline at the back.  Adjust the dress to create desired effect.

The unique design of our Bertie Kaftan combines ethereal layers with architectural lines created by its built-in slip and high center-front slit.

The waist tie can be worn to secure the layers in front for holding a bouquet as you walk down the aisle.

Tying around just the slip with the front layers free will allow for easier movement and create a beautiful contrast between front and back.

When worn sans waist tie, the kaftan drapes beautifully off the body.
